There may be times when you need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased online, you can either return the item(s) via post to our online store or in person to a K+K store within New Zealand (only). If you are a New Zealand customer, full priced and/or sale items may be returned at no cost. Clearance items do not qualify for free returns and need to be returned at your own cost.



If you wish to return any item(s), you must return the item(s) within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. You will need to provide your original K&K receipt of purchase. Garments must be unworn and in their original condition (with all original tags attached). 

If you want to return an item but do not have your receipt, we will give you a store credit for the lowest retail value of the items returned. If returned items are on promotion you will only receive the promotional price. K+K will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase. 

Worn, damaged or altered merchandise may not be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty or do not comply with Consumer Guarantees Act.

If the merchandise is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.  We repair or replace minor faults as a first option. If these options are not possible, or the fault is major, we'll provide a credit or refund. Please note that all refunds are processed by our Head Office and may take up to 2 business days to be processed

Note: We do not issue store refunds for items that do not fit, do not suit you or you have changed your mind. This is the K+K Store Refund Policy in accordance with the Consumers Guarantees Act, as advised by the Ministry Of Consumer Affairs.

Store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.



At K+K we want to ensure you love the items you have purchased. If you do not absolutely love any item you have ordered, we will exchange or refund your item using the original method of payment provided that:

  • You return the item(s) within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery.
  • It is not a clearance item
  • You fill out your return insert, sent in bag.
  • The item(s) is in original saleable condition:
    • With all original tags + any sewn labels still attached.
    • In an unworn + unused state.

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, K+K reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund any returned item. Returned items will be refunded against the credit card used to purchase online. If a discount had been applied to the original order the refund value will include a pro rata deduction of the discount amount applied to the original order.

Items purchased online can also be returned to any store. You will need to print a copy of the invoice or show the copy from your phone to the store staff.

When returning full priced and/or sale items, simply turn your courier bag inside out, reseal it with the returned items with the return insert filled out. Stick the free Return Label to the outside of the bag. If you have lost the return label, please contact us and we will send you a replacement.  Then just drop it off at any Post Office or NZ Post collection box. We will process your refund as soon as we receive it from New Zealand Post. Please note that it usually takes up to 5-7 working days for the return parcels to arrive to our offices.

If you are returning clearance items from within New Zealand, OR you live outside of New Zealand; you can ship returned items directly to the following address. Items shipped this way are done so at your cost.

Clearance items do not qualify for a refund. They are eligible for an exchange or a credit voucher, unless faulty. 



K+K offers free shipping for online orders, excluding rural deliveries and clearance items. We also offer free returns for online orders excluding clearance items.

Clearance Items and shipments to Rural addresses are charged at $5.

If you are returning a purchase, please note that the shipping fees will be at your cost except for the free return process highlighted above. The shipping charge (if any) will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the items being returned. Returns are at your risk until received so please use a courier service or registered mail that can be traced in case the parcel goes missing.


Items purchased online can be exchanged for a different colour or size, free of charge. For full priced items K+K will ship the exchanged colour/size at no cost to you (excludes international orders).  For products on clearance or exchanges to overseas customers, we charge the standard shipping for the exchanged items. Your items will be held until you pay the standard shipping cost.
