We thank you for your continued support & loyalty during these uncertain times. Following the government’s latest guidelines of the COVID-19 Alert Level 2, we are happy to announce that we will be reopening all our stores on Thursday 14th May. If you are unsure about going into store, our website is here for you and dispatch orders as quickly as we can.


All orders are now being shipped. Due to the volume of orders during the 5-week lockdown period, we are experiencing some delays. We are working through these orders now and a dispatch email will be sent out shortly. Any orders placed as of 28.04.20, will be dispatched within a minimum of 3 working days after placing your order. If you have any queries, please contact us via


During level 3, we are waiving our 14-day return policy. If you need to exchange a garment, simply turn your courier bag inside out & apply the free return label on the outside. Then please drop the parcel at any mailbox and it will be returned to us. This process usually takes 5-7 working days. Due to the volume of orders being processed by NZ Post, we ask that you remain patient as it may take even longer.

All orders are being dispatched as quickly as we possibly can. We ask that you be patient with all couriers as they are experiencing extreme delays. NZ Post has implemented new procedures during this time to eliminate the backlog as quickly as possible. Before you call them, please make sure to check your tracking number as they will update with estimated delivery date. We understand the frustration & will help you as best we can to track down your parcel. Let us be kind to each other.


All stores will reopen at alert level 2 with a few changes to comply with the government requirements. We ask that you respect these guidelines to ensure a safe shopping experience.

Health + Safety

We have provided our retail & head office teams with masks, gloves & cleaning products to ensure that all orders are handled safely. We will be practicing contactless pickups with our couriers as well to avoid any spread. Courier Post has put in place some great measures to ensure that all drives & customers are safe and keeping their distances.

In retail stores, we will be implementing contact tracing to keep with the guidelines set out by the GOVT during level 2. We will also be limiting the number of customers in store at one time. The new guidelines will be featured at the counter and can be sent out to anyone who wishes to see them. It is very important to us that our beloved customers & staff feel safe when entering our stores.
