We thank you for your continued support & loyalty during these uncertain times. Following the government’s latest guidelines of the COVID-19 Alert Level 3 in Auckland, all Auckland store locations will be closed until further notice.  

All other store locations, outside of Auckland are opened and operating under the official alert level 2 guidelines.We are practicing physical distancing and contact tracing at all our opened locations. We encourage you to wear a mask when visiting our stores, to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our staff. We will enforce a maximum amount of customers in store during this time, so please bear with us as we navigate these uncertain times.

Online Orders

Our web store is open 24/7 and shipping under the guideline of Alert level 3. We have new cleaning & safety procedures in place to ensure the safety of our staff and customers as we pack your orders. All pick ups will be contactless and the courier will resume their contactless deliveries as well. If you have any concerns about your parcels, please get in touch with our web team via the contact page. Please note, during Alert Level 3 please do not send parcels to Auckland business addresses that may be closed. If you have already sent a parcel to a business that may be closed, please contact us so we can arrange redirection.

Returns/Exchanges

During level 3, we are waiving our 14-day return policy. If you need to exchange a garment, simply turn your courier bag inside out & apply the free return label on the outside. Then please drop the parcel at any mailbox and it will be returned to us. This process usually takes 5-7 working days. Due to the volume of orders being processed by NZ Post, we ask that you remain patient as it may take even longer.
