We thank you for your continued support & loyalty during these uncertain times. Following the government’s announcement, all K+K store locations outside of Auckland are open following the governments alert level 2 guidelines. We ask that you please sign in when you visit our store locations. We ask that you keep a 2meter distance from other customers and staff members when visiting our stores. At times we may ask you to wait outside if our stores are at capacity as we are only allowed to serve a limited amount of customers. 

Our online store will remain open during this time. We have now resumed shipping all online orders. Due to the volume of orders , we are experiencing delays with shipping. Please be patient as we process the orders as quickly as we can. In the meantime, we are available via our live chat on the website, or you can send us a message on our socials.  We hope you and your loved ones are keeping safe as we navigate these uncertain times.

Online Orders

Our web store is open 24/7 and has resumed shipping from our store locations under the guidelines of alert level 2. The safety of our staff is incredibly important, and we are taking every precaution possible when dispatching your orders. During Alert level 4 for Auckland, we are accepting orders and dispatching when it is safe to do so. If you have a question concerning your order, please feel free to get in contact with us. 


During alert level 3 and 4, we are waiving our 14-day return policy. If you need to exchange a garment, simply turn your courier bag inside out & apply the free return label on the outside. Then please drop the parcel at any mailbox and it will be returned to us. This process usually takes 5-7 working days. Due to the uncertainty of the situation, we ask that you remain patient as returns and exchanges may take much longer than normal. Our returns will not get delivered to our offices until Auckland reaches alert level 3.
