We provide track & trace couriers for all orders placed, ensuring safe and timely delivery of your parcel.

Our shipping costs are as below (in New Zealand dollars). All local taxes are payable by the customer, we ship items duty collect.

New Zealand: 

Free shipping for all urban addresses. Rural delivery is an additional $5.
Delivery of clearance items is $5 unless purchased with full priced and/or sale items.


NZD$20 per parcel (4 items or less).


NZD$25 per parcel (4 items or less).


We estimate delivery of your order within 3-5 working days for shipments within New Zealand. Estimated international delivery is 7-14 working days. We have recently added Courier Post as one of our shipping partners. Once we have sent out the dispatched email, you are able to track the order by going to the Courier Post website: http://www.courierpost.co.nz/ (New Zealand orders only) 

For security purposes, all packages must be signed for on delivery so please take this into account when selecting your delivery address.  We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses for this reason.

Please ensure that your details are completed in full to allow for accurate sending and tracking of your purchases.

Price and Payment Options

All prices and shipping costs are stated in New Zealand dollars. We accept Visa and Mastercard cards as terms of payment. Please see our shipping and delivery policy for more information regarding shipping costs.

Product Information

All sizes are based off standard K&K sizing. All sizes are approximate; however we do attempt to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Please refer to the size guide for measurements.

We attempt to display product colours as accurately as possible on our website. However we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the actual colour of the product.

We undertake reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and products prices appearing on our website are correct at the time when the relevant content was entered into our website. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been inadvertently published incorrectly, including prices and promotions.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay in the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position of a certain product may change between this time period. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before your order has been accepted we will notify you as soon as possible. You will not be charged for out of stock items.

Holiday Shipping

The silly season is officially here! We would love to be able to guarantee all orders to be delivered prior to Christmas but we can't! We strongly encourage you to place your orders by the below dates to have a better chance of receiving your goodies pre-Christmas. 

NZ Orders: Tues 14th Dec | AU Orders: Fri 10th Dec | International Orders: Tues 7th Dec. 

For Click + Collect Orders, we also suggest placing your orders by the below dates to ensure having your goodies in hand for Christmas. 

Outside of AKL: Fri 17th Dec | AKL: Wed 21st Dec

All orders placed after these dates are not guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas. We will try our best and I'm sure our courier partner: NZ Post will also try their best!

Shipping Delays

Our courier partners are experiencing some delay due to the volume of orders being placed nationally. Please allow a bit more time when placing your orders. We are still dispatching between 1 to 3 working days. Rest assured that all orders will receive a tracking number in order for you to track the progress. If it has been past 10 working days, please do get in touch with us. We do ask for you to be patient with our customer service team and the NZ post team.
