Returns Policy

Store purchases

Items may be returned for any reason within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit provided you have your original K&K receipt of purchase. Garments must be unworn and in their original condition (with all original tags attached). 

If you want to return an item but don't have your receipt, we'll give you a store credit for the lowest retail value of the items returned. If returned items are on promotion you will only receive the promotional price.

Worn, damaged or altered merchandise may not be exchanged, returned or refunded unless they are faulty or do not comply with Consumer Guarantees Act.

If the merchandise is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.  We repair or replace as a first option, but if these options are not possible we'll provide a credit or refund.


Online purchases

If you are a New Zealand customer you can return all or part of your online purchase of full priced and/or sale items at no cost. Rural delivery address and/or clearance items do not qualify for free returns.

When returning full priced and/or sale items, simply turn your courier bag inside out, reseal it with the returned items inside, and include a copy of your invoice (or you can use a new soft plastic courier bag). Stick the Parcel Return Label that was included in your original parcel to the outside of the bag. If you have lost the return label please contact us and we will send you a replacement.  Then just drop your return parcel to any Post Office or NZ Post collection box. We'll process your refund as soon as we receive it from New Zealand Post. 

Items purchased online can also be returned to any store.

If you are returning clearance items from within New Zealand, OR you live outside of New Zealand; you can ship returned items directly to the following address.  Items shipped this way are done so at your cost;

Please note the customer must pay all shipping costs for returned items shipped in any way except for the free return process above. The shipping charge (if any) will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the items being returned. Returns are at your risk until received so please use a courier service or registered mail that can be traced in case the parcel goes missing.

Returned items will be refunded against the credit card used to purchase online. If a discount had been applied to the original order the refund value will include a pro rata deduction of the discount amount applied to the original order.


Exchanges

Items purchased online can be exchanged for a different colour or size. For full priced items K&K will ship the exchanged colour/size at no cost to you (excludes international orders or rural delivery orders).  For products on clearance or exchanges to overseas customers and rural customers, we charge the standard shipping for the exchanged items.

If you wish to exchange for a different item, please return the original items for a refund and purchase the new items separately in a new online sale.

Returning goods bought as special offers

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy promotion (i.e. Buy 2 for $40, or Buy 1 Get 1 Free) you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy promotion you will be refunded the full multi-buy value.
