Items Purchased in a K&K Store
Merchandise accompanied by your original K&K sales receipt may be returned for any reason within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. The merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition (with all original tags attached).
If you return any K&K merchandise without an original K&K sales receipt we will give you a store credit for the lowest retail value of the items returned.
Worn, damaged or altered merchandise may not be exchanged, returned or refunded unless they are faulty or do not comply with Consumer Guarantees Act.
If the merchandise is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and provide a remedy. We will repair or replace as a first option, and if these are not possible we will give you a credit or refund.
Returns of Online Purchases
Returns of on-line purchases should be shipped to the address below, including a copy of your original invoice. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date the items are received by the customer. The merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition (with all original tags attached).
Please note the customer must pay all shipping costs for returned items. The shipping charge (if any) will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the items being returned.

Items purchased on-line may be exchanged for a different colour or size. For full priced items K&K will ship the exchanged colour/size at no cost to you except for overseas orders or rural delivery orders. For products on sale or exchanges to overseas customers and rural customers, we will charge the standard shipping for the exchanged items.
If you are wanting to exchange for different products, please return the original items for a refund and purchase the new items you are wanting in exchange. The new items must be purchased in a new online sale.
